Toxic accumulation of mercury damages your nervous system and heart and also alters your brain funtion. Mercury rates in the top six most poisonous metals on Earth. Many people accumulate mercury when they receive amalgam fillings from their dentist. Each time you chew food or drink hot liquids your mercury level rises due to these fillings in your teeth. Certain foods, the air you breathe, the vaccines you take, where you live are all factors that increase your mercury intake. Thankfully there are steps to prevent a dangerous buildup of toxic mercury.
